Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You have the order receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used pet toys or accessories
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Gift cards or promotional items

Please include your order number, item name, and reason for return. - Approval & Instructions
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions. - Ship Back the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it using a trackable shipping method.
(Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.) - Refund Issuance
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t yet been processed or shipped.
After shipment, the order will follow our standard return policy.
